  • Private Pay Criminal Prior to Trial
    • Simple Misdemeanors - $800
    • Serious Misdemeanors
      • 1st Offense OWI - $800
      • All Others - $1200
  • Aggravated Misdemeanors - $1800
  • Class D Felonies - $2500
  • Class C Felonies or less - $5000
  • Class B Felonies - $5000
  • Class A Felonies - $10000

                                    

  • Private Pay Criminal if the case goes to trial
    • Misdemeanors - $800
    • Class C Felonies or less - $1600
    • Class B Felonies - $1600
    • Class A Felonies - $1000/Day
    • Non-Criminal Work
      • Personal Injury – 33% plus cost
      • Family Law - $150/Hr
      • Juvenile Law - $150/Hr
      • Simple Wills - $125/Hr
      • Initial Consultations – Free
      • All Other - $150
